When dealing with rejection

Rejection sucks. I know. It's probably the reason I didn't ask about 80% of the girls I found attractive because I was afraid of being rejected back in the day. It's part of being in the guy club.

But having your book rejected is even WORSE, mostly because you are actually putting yourself out there, with awful results.

But oh, well, it's just part of the game. For all writers out there who happen to stumble upon this page, how do YOU deal with it? I'd like to hear your thoughts. Do you print out your rejection emails and keep them in a drawer like I do? I'd love hear what you do.
